Return Period

You may return items within 30 days of receipt without providing a reason.

Conditions for Returns

  • The item must be unused, undamaged, and complete in its original condition.
  • Returns are only possible for standard products.
  • A refund will be issued after inspection of the returned goods.

Exclusion of Withdrawal Right – Customized Linear Actuators

Important note:
Our linear actuators are custom-configured and built to order, e.g. with respect to:

  • Stroke
  • Screw type
  • Speed
  • Dynamic Load
  • Voltage
  • Limit switches
  • Mounting options
  • Control options

These products are considered custom-made to customer specifications under Art. 16 lit. c of the EU Consumer Rights Directive as well as corresponding rules in the UK and USA.

Therefore, these items are excluded from the right of withdrawal.
A return without reason is not possible once production has started or been completed.

Defects and Warranty

Irrespective of the exclusion of withdrawal, you retain your full legal warranty rights.

If a custom-configured actuator:

  • is not functional,
  • does not meet the agreed specifications,
  • or is delivered damaged,

you are entitled to free repair, replacement, or refund according to statutory provisions.

Return Procedure (Standard Products)

  1. Register your return by email or via the return form.
  2. You will receive instructions for the return shipment and, if applicable, a return label.
  3. The return must be made within 14 days after registration.

Return Shipping Costs

  • EU & UK: Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, unless the item is defective.
  • USA & International: Return conditions vary – please contact us.
  • In certain cases, we may cover return shipping costs voluntarily.

Refunds

Refunds are issued within 14 days after receipt and inspection of the returned goods.
The purchase price including standard shipping costs will be refunded to the original payment method.

Statutory Right of Withdrawal (EU/UK)

For standard products, the statutory right of withdrawal of 14 days from receipt applies. This policy voluntarily extends the withdrawal period to 30 days.
Custom-built products are excluded (see above).
