General Information

We ship worldwide via tracked parcel or freight service from our EU facility. Production lead times shown on each product page apply before dispatch. About one week after your order, you’ll receive an email with the estimated delivery date.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated based on the total weight of your order and shown in your local currency at checkout.

Returns: Standard products may be returned within 30 days of receipt if unused, undamaged, and in original condition. Please see our Refund Policy for details. Custom-built items are excluded from returns unless defective.

Heads-up on import duties (DAP): We ship under Incoterms® 2020 DAP – Delivered at Place. This means international orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, or brokerage fees charged by local authorities or the carrier upon or prior to delivery. Orders are dispatched from our EU facility in Germany. These charges are not included in our shipping rates and are payable by the recipient.
